We specialise in the production of injection moulding
tools. All contour parts are produced internally on 5-axis
milling machines, eroded if necessary and qualityrelevant components are measured on a 3-D measuring machine. The assembly of the tools takes place

Parts production
-
The testing of the tools takes place on the injection moulding machines and all necessary process parameters are determined. The component is released by means of an initial sample test report. After the serial transmission has been completed, batch sizes between 100 and 50,000 pieces are produced. The aim is to achieve the “zero-defect principle”. This means that there are no compromised tests during serial production. Intelligent automation provides us with a high level of competitiveness (CoBot and camera systems).
